RemarkslateralFlightPlanType, describing the lateral flight
plan of the mission. Values are semicolon seperated as usual in
CPACS. If waypoint codes are not available put entry items into
the waypoint string and enter only lat,long coordinates. Speed
and altitude constraints can be added as optional parameters.
